Route to the
Professional Game
The Intensive Development Programme is a separate, higher intensity session that takes the best players in each age group and provides them with elite-level coaching every week.
Led by coaches with elite-level qualifications, the IDP provides a genuine route to the professional game, with matches against professional academies and exposure to scouts.
IDP Sessions
How It Works
Session Time
5:30 - 7:00pm, on a different day to the age group's development session. Day TBC.
Venue
Same venue as the development sessions. Berkshire & Surrey area. Full details TBC.
Age Groups
All four age groups (U6&U7, U8&U9, U10&U11, U12&U13) have their own IDP session.
Already attending development sessions
The perfect step up for players already in our weekly development sessions who want that extra edge.
IDP session only
For players attending only the IDP session without a development session subscription.
How to Get In
Excel in Development
Players who display excellence in their weekly development sessions are identified by their coach.
Invite or Trial
Your child receives an invite from their coach, or you can sign up for a free 2-week trial to be assessed.
Coach Verdict
After the second week, the coach gives their verdict. They will either offer a place in IDP or suggest the development sessions instead.
Train with the Best
Weekly elite sessions alongside matches against professional academies and exposure to scouts.
